UCI Downhill Worldcup Lenzerheide

The tour stop of the UCI Worldcup in Lenzerheide/Switzerland is known for its big crowds. About 30.000 people are cheering on the riders on this weekend. Despite a foggy Saturday morning the weather is great and the track grippy and tacky. The downhill course is spiced up with a new extremely steep section in the middle part.
The french empire strikes back. Amaury Pierron winning man elite downhill and Marine Cabirou takes the win in the woman elite category. Loic Bruni finishes up the french weekend with a 3rd place.
Valli Höll wins the woman junior race with a massive lead of 29s over Nastasia Gimenz. This would have been a very good result even in the elite category.
